The Role of Emotions in Communications

I’m delighted to share with you the replay of my webinar on the Role of Emotions in Communication. It was amazing to have had over 500 people register for this webinar. Given the number of questions we got (and I apologize that we did not have time to address all of them) I am convinced that in this webinar we have touched a topic that is of great concern and interest to many people (in their workplaces as well as otherwise). I thoroughly enjoyed our interaction in this webinar and I believe we have just scratched the surface of the iceberg in our explorations and discussions on this topic. Despite our time constraint and the short interaction I was glad to hear back that many of you found the discussion practical and useful – with insights and tools that you can start putting to use rightaway in your own communications. https://www.linkedin.com/embeds/publishingEmbed.html?articleId=9101308412192220460
